Busy A shift Aug 31......room and contents during the day, W34th. Emerald St Fire: B-shift

E5, E6, E3, R1, T5, Safety, BC1, CA respond to structure fire.  E5 arrived to find a 2 story dwelling with heavy smoke and flames visible.  2nd alarm struck, E8, E4, T16 and rehab enroute.  E5 made and attack, T5 conducted roof operations.  R1 did what they do.  Fire under control within 18min, fire out at 30 min mark.  2 displaced residents.....no injuries Read More...

E9, E8, E3, R1, T5 respond to fire.  E9 arrived to find light smoke.  Upon entering the dwelling the charged smoke lit off and stretched thru the home.  E9 made a quick knock down

Sept 1:  around 11am a report of a fire in Strathmore came in, E9 report heavy smoke in air.....arrived with a vacant row house going thru out.  The box was filled ....defensive initially then interior to mop up. Bull St. Fire: B-shift

At 0526 hrs, E5, E1, E6, T1, R1, Safety, BC1, CA were dispatched to Bull and Jasper for a structure fire.  BC1 arrived in area to find smoke in the air.  E5 arrived to set up in front of the dwelling.  E1 arrived to the Charlie side reporting heavy fire coming from that side of the home.  T1 set up in front to begin roof operations.  R1 performed a primary and secondary search.  E6 was RIT and also assisted in operations.  The bulk of the fire was knocked down quickly, but units continued to chase hot spots and fire that filling void areas. 

Units began to be released by command after an hour.  E1, E5, T1 were still on scene after an 1.5 hours performing overhaul.
