Late Saturday night E-7, E-1, E-8, R-2, T-1, BC-2 and safety 1 responded to Fairview Dr. on a reported fire. R-2 arrived onscene to find smoke coming from the one story home. Inside heavy smoke was encountered with high heat in the ceiling and wall near the chimney. E-7 advanced a line while R-2 began pulling ceilings. Units also went to the roof to assist in extinguishing the fire. Fire damage was contained to a small area.
