Sunday evening E-9, R-1, T-5 and Safety 1 responded to the area of Anderson St. and the Truman Pkwy on a reported MVA with entrapments.  E-9 arrived onscene to find a van on its top with people still in the vehicle. E-9 pulled a line while R-1 began helping Medstar remove 2 victims. T-5 secured the vehicle.
