E-7, R-2, BC-2 and Safety 1 responded Thursday afternoon to the intersection of Mall Blvd. and Mall Court on a reported MVA with entrapments. Units arrived onscene with E-7 laying a line and R-2 going to work with the jaws. Units removed 1 victim.
